Engineering Manager - Mora, SE
We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has a strong technical background to act as a senior technical leader for our product ranges to the global market beside having responsible for a full R & D team as an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities for the Engineering manager:
· Lead the employees in the R & D team as their manager.
· Have full work-environmental and environmental responsibilities for the team.
· Lead the strategic work for the team in accordance with the company vision and plans.
· Technical responsibility of the range – Create new offers, maintain existing offer, Ensure compliance of the range.
· Responsible of design deliverables as per the project commitment, design planning and unblocking technical constraints.
· Capable to design review, verify and validate products along with test and validation team.
· Deep expertise in Engineering discipline, and Knowledge of DFM, and various types of prototyping.
· Responsible to continuously improve the offer, reverse engineering, and defining competitive advantage.
· Responsible to answer technical questions from customers, and sales organization.
· Own the responsibility to have up to date technical documentation (TE, CE, DOC files)
· Knowledgeable of Environmental impacts, Circular Economy, Safe product designs.
· Skilled in relevant tools – CAD, Ansys, Tolerance stack up, AutoCAD.
· Good understanding of Basic Mechanical design parameters such as ISO8015, GD&T, functional conditions.
· Proactively develops and deploys related innovation and expertise to offers (research, platforming, standardization, trends, partnership, intellectual property).
· Holds a deep knowledge of Customer application and of our offers, to actively support technical interactions with end-customers and solving of offer issues.
The candidate should find it interesting and positive challenging to lead a team.
A successful candidate should have a qualified university degree level in electromechanical engineering with minimum 5 years strong track record of work experience in an international work environment. A good knowledge in materials, standard method and tools is needed.
You need to have the ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion and build an excellent customer relationship, both internal and external. You need to foster collaboration and networking skills, to influence and convince. You need to be able to communicate effectively with Your team and other teams internally.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, Swedish language would be valuable.

We are looking for a Technical leader who has a strong technical background to support as a technical leader for a product range to the global market.

Responsibilities for the technical leader:
- Understand the product for its application, specificity for different business segments for its standards, best practices, and competition.
- Design and develop the offer in line with the technical roadmap through a new development project cycle.
- Provide solutions to customers with customization possibilities to adapt the requirements.
- Sustain the offer with a ECM process for continuous improvement, offer optimization, filling offer gaps, redefining competitive advantage.
- Participate to the product reviews with different manufacturing plants to define action plan and improvements and set good quality control of the offer.
- Contribute to identify the ECM project roadmap in strong link with the technical manager, FO, sales, & marketing team.
- Support Project Managers/Leaders on the key deliverables of design for each stage gate in respective projects

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, meet customer expectation. One needs to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and reporting to Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities for Senior Project Leader:
· Lead and execute medium and large-scale Change management projects and customized projects.
· One should be able to work effectively and collaborate between different factories, across multiple departments and levels inside the company.
· Drive the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project (initiation, planning, execution, and release) including task planning, monitoring progress and deliverables until completion.
· Perform Risk assessment and skilled in early detection and resolution of risks. Be proactive to build a strong and focused team in the project execution.
· Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders and within the project team.
· Act as primary point of contact for the internal and external customer, and maintain project team interaction (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings) to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction.
· Take full accountability over project (Timeline, Cost, and Quality) including Co-ordination, leading directions, Commitment from stake holders as per forecast.
· Build business case including CAPEX, OPEX to present to the Management team for approval of the project and track the project expenses.
· Systematic review of deviations against specifications, or project changes impacting the project timelines and commitments.
· Organize stage gate reviews with the Change management Board for the decisions of the key milestones in the project.
· Project documentation – Charter, specifications, technical documents, field reports, qualification plan should be well organized and connected to the project.
· Conduct lessons learnt sessions within the project team to close project documentation.

A successful candidate should have a qualified university degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Business) with minimum 12 years strong track record of work experience in an international work environment. Preferred Certifications CAPM/ Project management role for minimum 8 years and have handled Industrial deployments multi-site projects. Experienced user of project management software tools (MS Project, Project management tools).
You need to have the ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion and build an excellent customer relationship, both internal and external, and strong collaboration with project and change management teams.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, Swedish language would be valuable.

Be able to build a good customer relationship, and a strong collaboration with team for change order management team.
