Do you want to work in an international environment where we have a strong increase of growth? We are now looking for a Transport & Customs specialist who will join our team at Wibe Group in Mora, Sweden!
As a Transport & Customs specialist you will be responsible for the transportation operating plans and for all customs & VAT related topics (import and export) in Wibe Group. You are also responsible for the transportation performance in terms of costs, service level and customer claims.

Main task and responsibility
- Lead, measure, and monitor our transportation performance in term of cost, quality and service level
- Lead and manage daily deviations in the transportation plan to avoid disruptions
- Support transportation co-ordinators with booking & customs topics
- Set, co-ordinate and communicate transportation plans aligned with our customer care center
- Lead and implement changes in the transportation booking process
- Control transport invoices and invoicing process
- Set and control the customs process for the NON – EU customers including third party flows
- Manage projects related to transportation and DC outbound flow
- Propose developments in ERP and TMS, prepare the necessaries specifications and test the new solutions
- Monitor and improve process for proactive information to the customers about shipment delays through the customer care center
- Monitor transport claims following claims procedure and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Secure an efficient interface between the transportation co-ordinators, carriers & customer care center, for all daily operational transport topics
You will be a part of the team in Wibe distribution center and report to the report to the Distribution Center Manager in Mora.

Your profile
You have a university degree in logistics with at least some years of work experience in similar positions in an international environment. You know the international and local transportation rules and have experience in negotiation and project management. High level of skills in MS Office in general and especially in Excel. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
